If there is evidence of smoking in the unit a smoking fee of $200 will be solicited for the added odor treatment of the unit. No parties are allowed, if a party occurs and is confirmed a party fee of no less than $500 will be charged. The full charge will be determined upon inspection of the property, any damages or replacements would need to be covered by the guest. A late check-out can be allowed if there is availability for it. Late check-outs must be requested at least 24 hours prior to departure and start at $20. An extra services carte is available in the unit.
